Introduction:

The structure of the plate material loosening machine is simple and compact, with a small footprint, good loosening effect, smooth operation, and clean and environmentally friendly. The energy efficiency of this equipment solves the problem of fertilizer clumping, while reducing pollution, protecting the health of workers, reducing labor intensity, and improving production efficiency.

Due to the different shapes of fertilizer plates, this equipment has been equipped with a forward and reverse button switch. The purpose of the button switch is to press the reverse button to pour out and re-enter when entering is not smooth.

usage method

1. Placement: Before use, the vibration disperser should be placed in a ground hardened parallel position to ensure its balance and prevent the conveyor belt from deviating.

2. Fixation: There are self-locking devices on the two ground wheels below the exit. Before operation, fix the two ground wheels firmly to prevent sliding.

3. Power supply: Connect the three-phase power to the distribution box (connect the leftmost 1-3 lines of the terminal to the three-phase power).

4. Switch: Before use, turn on all five switches in the electrical control box: front shock roller, rear shock roller, front vibration, rear vibration, and the main motor switch. Then turn on the forward rotation switch (note: the C45 switch inside the electrical control box needs to be closed), turn on the machine, and check that the conveyor belt is in the forward direction before use. If there is squeezing of the bag, turn on the reverse switch, the conveyor belt is in the reverse direction, and pour out the bag.

5. According to the material compaction condition, it is possible to choose between no vibration or single vibration, which can be controlled by the operator.

6. Before leaving the factory, the cycloidal pinwheel reducer and two turbine reducers have been lubricated and powered on for use.

7. Before use, check the transmission part and add lubricating oil.
